Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

Free shipping is available on all U.S. orders. Shipping availability and delivery times may vary for orders outside the United States.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Estimated delivery time is typically 7 to 15 business days after processing, depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

 

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue through our online chat.

Our support team will review your case and assist you with a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.
